Dear Mr David,
The problem in India is highly different. There is hardly any drug administration. Recently it was found even drug manufacturing approval letters are also found fake. Trade associations smaller leaders are engaged in paying off drug control inspectors to turn on nelsons eye. The top drug offcials refuse to believe counterfeit drugs exist. Brand registration is not done by manufacturers and they don't have time or energy to chase violators. Similar, deceptive packaging to mislead the consumer is very high. Cumbersome legal procedures, drug mafias see the working drug inspector get dejected. The drug manufacturing assns offer lip sympathy. I recommend to mail to lalit69@rediffmail.com for inside view of drug counterfeiting situation. We at PHARMED TRADE NEWS are firmly committed to fight the problem. We are looking for partners who can fund to pay the informants. Our publication reaches nearly 200000 retail pharmacies across India. we shall offer all possible assistance in your misson.
