Response to Karnataka to centralize drugs purchase for government
hospitals
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Dear I Drug particpants,

Happy New Year.

Suspension of additional Director in the state of Karnataka by the
government on the charges of procuring IV fluids causing loss to the
government is not a singular case.Every now and then we hear such
irregularities from other states as well. It is quite deep rooted
problem involving many players. If every procedure works on transparecy,
such irregularities can be avoided.

Best wishes,
Usha
