Toxicity of nimesulide
-----------------------

Dear Dr Bapna,

Isn?t the evidence about Nimesulide that you quote also a biased
evidence, in that ADRs get reported mainly from the Western countries,
and Nimesulide is yet to be approved in any of these countries.
Comparatively, Paracetamol is widely used- and abused- and obviously
the ADRs would be much more prevalent as well as reported. Is there a
percentage ADR been worked out on the basis of sales or consumption??
