Respected Prof. Ranjit Roy Chaudhury,

Thanks for the message.

It good that the Government of India will provide funds for Primary
Health care .

1 . Before initiating the process there must be discussion on the list 
of drugs to be available in all PHCs and their requirement.

2.Good referral system to be developed.
Though there are 51 drugs listed for PHCs in Tamilnadu, there are
variations noticed in utilization of these drugs.
This requires discussion.
