Dear Dr. Roy Chaudhury

My heartiest congratulations to you for achieving this new milestone 
in the availability of drugs in the PHCs. This will have a very
significant influence in the state of Rajasthan where the availability
of drugs at this level is scanty. It warrants adoption of strategies
for proper distribution.
