Response to EDL at PHC
----------------------

Dear Prof Roy Chaudury,

One more area which deserves attention is the record keeping, which is

very poor at the PHC and SHC. The ANM or health worker does not get
any stationary and has to buy register form his own pocket. The
morbidity is not recorded and the drug supplies form vertical progammes
of Government of India are mixed up with the state supplies. There is
a need for supplying printed register with columns for proper records.
A training may be very useful.
