Establishment of the India-Drug Communication Network is another step
taken by the Society and the WHO-India Programme on Essential Drugs
towards rational use  of medicine in the country.  The first
comprehensive programme was initiated in Delhi State in late 1994.  It
is now being implemented in twelve states of India.  Communication
between interested persons is vital in a country as large, as populated
and as diverse as India.  The I-Drug Network offers a mechanism for
such communication.  Please use it and help each other in this worthy
endeavour.
