E-drug: ARV parallel export from Africa to Europe (cont)

Yes this strategy of packaging products differently is definitely enough to
prevent backflow. To me the responsibility for this problem of ARV's for
Africa rests entirely with the companies. They already segment 
markets and register the same products for different markets using 
packaging, labelling and even coloring. Same molecule different 
presentation.
