Dear  Mwemezi,
This will be a good study, specially in the context in which the study will be set. May I suggest an addition to your list of areas to consider? I would recommend that you also consider compliance issues, such as compliance by private practices to say, national treatment guidelines, national policies, etc. I think it will be very instructive, in this age of global health strategies, to establish to what extent there is good working relationship between the national institutions (which sets, and is responsible for, the health policy agenda), and those in the private sector (and indeed in the public sector) who have to comply to and apply the national strategies.
