E-DRUG: RFI - Data on density of Practising Pharmacists in a defined population (4)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear all,

Thank you Joseph for sending the link to the 2006 FIP Pharmacy Workforce and Migration Report. You can also access data on the pharmacist workforce on the WHO Global Atlas from this site: http://www.who.int/globalatlas/DataQuery/default.asp using 'Human resources for health' as a search query (disaggregated). However, this data may not be up to date nor accurate and there are some major discrepancies in some instances (eg - over 5x more pharmacists listed in the Global Atlas in Zambia than actual). This may be due to pooling of workforce data for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians/technologists submitted to WHO.

Best regards,
