You can refer to information about WHO member states under human resources available at: http://www.who.int/countries/en/

Some of the regional office web sites/annual reports have historical data as will previous World Health reports.

The data is not always up-to-date and there is no guarantee they are 'active' pharmacists but provides a reference point.
