I guess the definition of "updated regularly" may be subjective. Both of 
these documents were published in August 2006, and there has been no 
update since. By contrast the US DHHS adult ARV guidelines have been 
revised three times since that time.

Given rapid development, many would say that any publication covering 
antiretroviral therapy that is more than one year old must be considered 
out-of-date. This is certainly true in regard to second-line regimens for 
which options and recommendations have changed significantly since August 
2006. There was an announcement several months back which seemed to 
indicate that revised WHO guidelines for 2nd line therapy were in print, 
but it seems that this only referred to final release of a meeting report 
from May 2007.
