E-DRUG: Software for medicines procurement

Dear e-druggers,

I am interested in the availability of software for the Procurement
Department of a Medical Stores. The Procurement Department will execute the
following activities:

Procurement Planning

Pre-qualification of suppliers

Tendering (LIB, ICB, NCB, Request for Quotations and Direct Purchases)

Tender evaluation (both preliminary evaluation to establish responsiveness
of bids and price comparison) and awarding

Contracting and odering (both purchase orders and call-off orders under
framework contracts)

Contract and order monitoring

I have some knowledge about Quantimed and Pipeline and it is also my
understanding that in Ghana a Procurement Management System is being used
that was developed for the Procurement Unit in the Ministry of Health. Can
anyone tell me more about this? Experiences about the use of other systems
(also when they only do part of the activities mentioned) are all welcome.
