E-DRUG: Request for information on TB drug regimens

I am collecting information on regimens used under each treatment category -
Cat I, Cat II and Cat III and the cost of TB drugs for each completed
treatment in various countries.

I shall be grateful for all contributions. If the information is available
on any website, please send me the link.
