E-DRUG: Interferon Sourcing Guidelines?

Dear colleagues
I work as Provincial Program Coordinator for National Hepatitis Prevention and Control Program of Ministry of Health in Pakistan. Qualified physician with postgrdaute training in public health.

We intend to buy large quantities of injection interferon 3 miu for chronic hepatitis c patients at provincial level. For this I was looking for any expert or professional guidelines to buy / prequalify these biologicals.
