E-DRUG: RFI: Extemporaneous formulations in pharmacies

Dear All,

Do any of you have any guidelines on preparation of extemporaneous formulations in the pharmacies?

Here in Bhutan, we have been using the same old formulas and methods for a number of years. 

However, I wanted to revise it and if possible update it so kindly share it with me if you happen to have one.
