E-DRUG: Methodolgy for a survey on generics perceptions?

Dear Friends,

I need your scientific and professional opinions!
 
I am going to survey a group of students, using a questionnaire about their knowledge and perceptions towards generic medicines. After developing the questionnaire, testing it for its content by a panel of experts and also testing its face validity through a convenience sample of students, Can I consider it ready for use on the ultimate population???!!!!!
 
Some said I should also go for testing its construct validity, while others say that we are going to develop a psychometric scale for repeated use, so they advice against going beyond face and content validity. 
 
Given the above situation, I have these questions:
 
1- Do any of you know about a standard test (questionnaire) to test medical and pharmacy students? knowledge and perceptions toward generic medicines???!!!
 
2- Is it enough to go for face and content validity? 

Please, try to help as much as you can.
