The AIDS Medicines and Diagnostics Service (AMDS) of WHO/HIV department has recently released the second issue of AMDSmail (September 2007).
The list below is the contents of the current issue.
In this issue we have important news items related to the regulatory status of ARVs and their proper use including, 1) new ARVs in WHO list, 2) new FDC ARVs approved for paediatric treatment, 3) overdosing Kaletra®, and 4) suspension of Viracept®.
