E-DRUG: Extended release formulations of ofloxacin? (3)

Dear all,

I agree with Munish Ahuja that it makes no sense to market ER ofloxacin,
but the argument for a controlled release preparation does not work either,
because "maintaining constant plasma levels" has not been shown to have
therapeutic benefit.

The British National Formulary lists no ER or CR ofloxacin tablets.
