Dear E-Drugers

Would anyone be interested and qualified in doing a follow-on evaluation of the
ICT system for the Kenya Medical Supplies Agency (KEMSA) in Kenya, please
send me an email with a CV.  The assignment is apt to be focused on a
evaluating the choice between Navision versus an Oracle-based system in
order to determine which system to implement in KEMSA. This would be a
short-term assignment to take place over the next couple of months.

I am screening CVs for the client, but this is not an assignment that would
be done through SSDS, so feel free to make company or individual proposals.
A cover email that highlights relevant experience would be much appreciated.
