E-DRUG: Creating off-label uses?

We need to understand more deeply how off-label uses of drugs develop. It
would greatly help if you know studies or reports or accounts on the
construction of off-label uses, the uses of evidence or <evidence,< the role
of clinical networks, financial inducements, and other aspects.
