Dear all,

one drug that spring to my mind is fludrocortisone, for the treatment of
Addison's disease (primary adrenal failure) and for salt-losing
congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Both are rare diseases but the treatment
is life-saving and it costs peanuts. I suppose this is the reason why
it's not profitable to manufacture and/or export.
