E-DRUG: Courses by Distant Learning

[There is a course offered by University of Heidelberg in Germany, it has frequently been advertised on E-drug. I am sure you will hear from them. KM, moderator]

I would be interested to find out who is offering courses by distant
learning and how they optimize this in developing countries, since most
people there have limited access to internet etc!
