Creighton University, School of Pharmacy in Omaha, NE, USA has had a program to offer all didactic courses for the Pharm.D. over the Internet for about five years.  Their coursework includes Pharmacology, which is done by faculty in the School of Medicine.  The degree they offer is fully
accredited and the equivalent of their on-campus program. 

Much of the material, at least in the past, includes streaming audio that
was recorded during the classroom presentations.
