Many thanks for your response to my message and comments presented by colleagues, such as Otieno (and others). Like many of us, I have had a long working relationship with IDA, and I am gratified that the training service you are providing has taken holistic approach into consideration. That will of course come as a relief to many of us who are clearly concerned about the tendency to focus on niche areas, to the cost of the whole.
