E-DRUG: Celecoxib - Severe Adverse Events?

Dear e-druggers,

I am seeking information, accounting in a detailed manner, individual cases of severe adverse events especially death attributed or linked to the use of celecoxib as well as "Vioxx" for that matter. I am interested to know information relating to the dose, frequency and duration of administration of celecoxib in cases where death has been a result of a SAE such as heart attack/stroke as well as the medical background of these victims. I would appreciate if readers could provide me advice, urls or links on the informaton that I seek.
