E-DRUG: Stability and duration of use for ward-stock medication

Looking for reliable, evidence based information on the stability and the duration for use once medication has been supplied to the wards; eg: oral aquous based liquids; syrups; suspensions; creams and ointments; ophthalmic drops, suspensions and ointments; multidose parenterals etc. This is part of our exercise to update our policies for certification process.
