E-DRUG: Hydrogen peroxide for dirty wounds? (2)

Dear colleagues,

I remember that this problem was discussed by the WHO Essential 
Medicines Commission - there was no evidence that it was any better 
than sterile saline, it has no influence on anaerobic flora, and 
hydrogen peroxide is a hazard in a tropical pharmacy and quickly deteriorates.
