Dypirone in the caribbean:  In my own country Cuba and in the whole area of the caribbean and central-america the use of Duralgina, which is dypirone (injections) for a rapid release of hyperpirexia and acute pain is frequently used.  The oral via is available, but for cultural trends, the iv via is preferred. The whole caribbean has strong cultural roots with west african culture.
