E-DRUG: New open access journal

Biomedcentral (http://www.biomedcentral.com/info/update) just announced
the launch of a new journal that I thought might interest E-druggers:

'We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Open Access,
peer-reviewed, online journal, Globalization and Health, published as
part of our Independent Journals programme.

Globalization and Health will examine both the positive and negative
effects of globalization on public health, looking at the implications
of globalization in terms of health care systems and decision-making
processes. Recent examples of how globalization affects health include
the SARS virus and its spread, the tobacco industry, drug discovery and
intellectual property rights, and multilateral trade agreements and
their effects on health.

Edited by Derek Yach and Greg Martin, Globalization and Health is the
first journal dedicated to this important subject.'
