Dear Lenny,
If I were you, I would start with those illnesses, as listed by the WHO,
for example, known to be the major cause of death in the world, in both
adults and children. Malaria, TB, HIV/AIDS, diarrhoea , heart disease,
cancers, readily come to mind but, of course, I imagine that Ph D requires
more than just conjecture!
