Dear  e-druggers,

I dont think it is just about motivation.I see it from
two angles: The environment you find yourself, and the
attitude of people your work and/or relate with. In a
country where the self is more important than service
to others, no matter the motivation, potentials will not
be realised. Self occupies the 1st position in almost
all our actions in developing countries, that is why our
leaders sit tight in office and when they die, their
children take over.

Pharmacists, let us do our work as professionals, assert
ourselves where ever we find ourselves, the reward
will follow.
