WHO AMDS (AIDS Medicines and Diagnostics Service; see http://www.who.int/3by5/amds/en/) has made a database of registration status of global ARVs: http://www.who.int/3by5/amds/en/database.pdf

There is a very good collection of AIDS related materials on the AMDS website.
