Dear E-druggers,

Greetings from Himachal Pradesh..!!
 
I would like to inform you that two Drug Revolving funds has been establised under the Basic Health Project, Himachal Pradesh on pilot basis in two pilot sites since Dec.2002.
 
I would just like to know if any person/Organisation has experience of Evaluation of Drug revolving funds. If so, what are the criterias followed for it. 

I will highly appreciate if anybody could share their experiences.
