E-DRUG: Methylene Blue alternatives?

Dear E-druggers,
 
There are number of reports now available about the possible toxicities of Methylene Blue in enteral feeding. FDA had also given its statements at two different occusions.

I am wondering if there is any alternative that we can use? specifically is there any FOOD dye that we can use instead?
