Dear E-Druggers,

A great deal of gains could still be made by the transfer of resources between donors and receivers.

It may not be completely right to forget that developing societies who yearn for and also need life saving drugs have some ills associated with the way their societies are organized. At least the current wisdom we have is that, among others corrupt governance and dysfunctional judiciary systems are ills visible in those societies and which may also partially explain why such societies remain receivers instead of donors, - or at least self sustaining.

Any genuine intention of aid from the donor side may have to be clearly stated and followed up to the end. It is no longer enough to wish to help without well-taught over plan on how to do exactly that.
