Dear E-druggers,

A colleague within MSH proposed a solution to ACT quantification and forecasting to avoid shortages of ACTs. Why don't we set a board like the Narcotics Board in Vienna to monitor the global requirements of ACT. The information would also assist to promote the expansion of Artemesin fields in Asia and Africa.
