Dear E-druggers,

Bad news indeed. For better or worse this is an example of a "natural experiment" whose effects should be carefully followed through the healthcare "ecosystem". What ARVs are being used in their place? What now is going to be the effect of this withdrawal on supply, prices, and clinical outcomes? It seems to me that the WHO is in a perfect position to coordinate this information.
