Actually through the Commonwealth Pharmaceutical Society (CPA) Project
"Pharmaid", the CPA distributes free copies of used editions of the
Martindale (though in smaller numbers alongside the BNFs) to CPA member
Pharmaceutical Societies or Associations.

but the best option for Moses may be to
contact The Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya to follow up on this.
