E-DRUG: HIV drugs patents

Dear Sir,

Can someone from this forum throw light on the patent situation of HIV drugs in Eurasian countries including:

Azberaijan, Armenia , Belarus , Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz, Moldova etc?

Since Brazil has set a good example in IP related to anti-AIDS generic drugs, I want to know if other countries are also following the Brazilian model to protect the health of their citizens.
