Dear colleagues

I have forwarded this information to Gertrudes Hospital in Nairobi. The current position is that UNICEF paid for the typesetting, design and printing of 1000 copies which I believe is scarcely enough for the Kenyans.

I will be able to post more information once I get if from them.
