Congratulations to Dr Ojoo and to Gertrude's Garden. It's good to know
that their experience has resulted in such useful resources.

I can imagine that many other people and health facilities around the
world might want to get hold of one or other, or both, of the two
publications.

Is anyone going to help to make these two documents accessible to the
wider world, whether via internet pdf files or whatever? 

There is a dearth of accessible information on this topic that is directly relevant to limited-resource settings.
