E-drug: Request for help for tender file

  Bonjour,

Due to computer failures I have lost the documents I did previously 
in several developing countries.
I am looking for a standard document for international tender for 
essential drugs as it is commonly used in
Africa or Central Europe (I have used it in Kosovo).
