E-drug: Plavix/clopidogrel bisulfate prices

We are quite interested in obtaining prices of branded (Plavix) and
generic clopidogrel bisulfate, a drug for heart disease.

Prices per pill, and cost per month in domestic currency or USD
would be appreciated, together with indication of whether this is a
wholesale or retail price.
