Dear Madam/Sir:
Does anyone know any paper about validity of rational vitamin K use 
to treat  UGB in patients with disease liver?
In other words:
What is the evidence to use vitamin K to treat bleeding in patients 
with liver disease?
What is the rationality for using vitamin K in liver disease?
