Dear all,

You are cordially invited to "Positive Replication: Using experience of
existing ARV projects to inform scale efforts in high prevalence
countries," an interactive lunch workshop organised by Medecins
sans Frontieres.

Venue:  Room 352 - Palais des Congres de Paris

MSF is hosting  this forum to address the challenge of scaling up
HAART.

The objective of this workshop is to trigger discussions on ways to
replicate ARV treatment programmes:
-  how to set up a treatment programme and what is the role of the
   community
-  how to decentralize ARV treatment from hospitals to community
   health centres
-  how can local non-profit organisations offer treatment
-  why sources, prices and patent status can have life and death
   implications

Discussions will be stimulated by:
-  Marta Darder, MSF South Africa
-  Dr. Alex Muganzi, MSF Uganda
-  Dr. John Kabitchi, MoH Clinical Officer Chiradzulu HIV/ARV
   project, Malawi
-  Marie-Josee Mbuzenakamwe, ANSS Burundi
-  Daniel Berman, MSF / Campaign for Access to Essential
   Medicines.
