E-drug: Literature on PTC efficiency

Dear all,

One of my master students plans to write her thesis on the
relationship between efficiency of pharmacy and therapeutic
committees (PTC) and efficiency of drug use in hospitals. As a start
she wants to create scales or indicators to measure the efficiency
of PTC (not drug use efficiency which is another variable in her
research). However, she could locate only a few publication on the
issue. 

I would appreciate if anyone could provide us with the list of
references or comment on this issue.
