E-drug: Drug sellers in Developing Countries

I am a PhD student at King's College London currently researching 
into the role of licensed medicines sellers in Ghana and the impact 
of training and regulation on their services. I will be grateful to 
hear from anyone involved in a similar work or who has any relevant 
information especially relating to the regulation and training of 
non-pharmacist drug sellers in developing countries.
