E-drug: RFI: Cuban Pharmaceutical Sector

I am looking for information on the Cuban pharmaceutical industry.
Specifically, I would like to know if anyone can suggest where to look for the
Cuban National Drug Policy.  I am also looking to find out what types of
pharmaceuticals are produced in Cuba, how much the government spends on
production, and what percentage of those made domestically are exported.
Additionally, any information on contraceptive production in Cuba would be
greatly appreciated.
