With respect to the needle stick injuries, I do not know if WHO as 
any guidelines, but the US, Centers for Disease Control does.  There 
website in the US is www.CDC.gov.  Go to MMWR then play around with 
the search engine.  If no luck let me know and I can e-mail it to 
you.  However, I do not know if you will have access to the meds 
discussed
